Position Overview:
The IT Specialist will resolve technical issues and troubleshoot hardware and software for many different devices. The IT Specialist will be based out of Sundance, WY. This is a full-time position and requires some travel to our remote locations in the Midwest (as needed). This position reports to the IT Manager and has no supervisory responsibility.

Essential Duties and Functions:
Resolve field technical issues and troubleshoot hardware and software for many different devices
Help configure desktop software, thin clients and provide help desk support
Experience with active directory, networking, MS Exchange, and network printer configurations
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualized environments
Knowledge of Microsoft Terminal Services, virtual systems, and technologies.
Follow strict privacy standards and regulations when it comes to handling customer or employee information
Order computer equipment, ship and receive equipment and utilize asset tracking program
Hardware skills include: IP camera, router, PC, printer, cell phone, and tablet setup or installation
Assist with software security administration
Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and reliable for users
Professionally document, write, and maintain IT procedures, processes, and policies
Position Requirements:
Consent to authorization of a pre-employment background check and drug test
Minimum 3 years of experience
Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

Must effectively multi-task
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with management, operations, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner
