The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Role is defined to support internal and service providers staffed projects and will be part of the IT systems team which supports all IT infrastructure and services. Role reports to Senior Director of IT and expected to operate autonomously.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Resource Management: Allocate project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials. Ensure resource availability and allocation.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates.Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain project quality standards. Conduct quality assurance tests and inspections.Budget Management: Track project budgets and expenses. Ensure projects are delivered within budget.Timeline Management: Manage project timelines and schedules. Ensure projects are completed on time.Change Management: Manage project scope changes and change requests. Assess the impact of changes on project timeline and budget.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams.
