As an IT Manager here at Honeywell Advanced Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding our IT department to facilitate our advanced manufacturing operations. You will be accountable for developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the effective integration of technology into our manufacturing processes. With your technical expertise and guidance, you will drive innovation, optimize efficiency, and enhance productivity.
You will report directly to our Director of Operations and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration of IT systems, and driving continuous improvement. You will be working with Product Lifecycle Management solutions (PLM) and be responsible for managing and implementing PLM across the enterprise to provide competitive advantages and value to the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement IT strategies to facilitate advanced manufacturing operations • Ensure the effective integration of technology into manufacturing processes • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT systems and processes • Manage and guide the IT department, providing technical expertise and guidance. • Manage and implement PLM across the enterprise including document management solutions, drawing management solutions, and workflow solutions. • Work with cross-functional teams to align IT efforts with business goalsIn October 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in IT systems and processes • Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvementWE VALUE
