About The Role
The Inventory & Shipment Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day order management of outbound and inbound from Stryker's 3PL. This role specifically focuses on:
Co-ordination of 3PL and logistics to meet customer and business needs.Salesforce management of opportunities and service queueResolution of day-to-day Customer Service distribution queriesOutbound release of orders including allocation of inventory in ERPOutbound & inbound logistics bookingsInvestigation into inventory discrepancies at 3PLFreight provider queries and escalationsCoordination of Cycle Count activitiesInventory receiptingGeneral problem-solving and logistics support
