Overview:
The Camping World Midwest Distribution center operates 24 hours around the clock Shipping, Order Picking, Direct to Consumer, Putaway Inventory, Receiving and Inbound.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Supply Chain Compliance Team. As a member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records through monitoring, analysis, and approval of cycle count activities. Inventory Control Auditor Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Regularly checking and monitoring emails that come through to the Supply Chain Compliance Team inbox.
Keeping an eye on Power BI reports to identify any cycle count entries pending approval for assigned stores.
Ensuring that cycle counts are completed within the specified timeframe and following up if necessary.
Promptly reviewing emails received by the Supply Chain Compliance Team and taking appropriate action.
Navigating to the cycle count adjustment approval table in Oracle.
Choosing the cycle count header from the options available.
Viewing the cycle counts that require approval.
Assigning additional recounts to associates if required.
Assessing the adjustment values of all cycle counts.
Deciding whether approval is required for cycle counts based on the adjustment value.
Investigating and researching any variances in Oracle and Power BI reports.
Reviewing shrink and store reports to gather relevant information for research purposes.
Finalizing research before approval and entering the reason for variance in the reference field.
Adhering to dollar value approval guidelines for significant adjustments.
Maintaining communication with store managers regarding cycle count discrepancies and resolutions.
Consulting the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Retail Cycle Counting for detailed guidance.
Providing section numbers of the SOP where specific information can be found.
Requirements:
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using Oracle and Power BI for data analysis.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with store managers and team members.
Familiarity with supply chain compliance and inventory management processes.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
