　　ServiceNow is currently looking for an Intern - Financial Accountant to supportoutglobal operations based out of Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Management team fromUS office, Amsterdam office, Internal and External Auditors and Executive Management.

　　What we are looking for:

　　An energetic and ambitious CA/CPA/ACCA who is interested and aims to build a career in in Accounting or Finance. You will have the opportunity to learn alongside best-in-class professionals, in a role that will grow as youdevelop and are able to take on increased responsibility.

　　What you get to do in this role: Assist in investigation and resolving complex accounting issues timely and effectively Prepare journal entries for monthly close process Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and submit for review of the same. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, treasury, corporate accounting) to identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes and contribute towards close optimization Perform analytical reviews of PL and BS accounts having variances Participate in month-end close by performing a variety of accounting close tasks Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and the application of generally acceptable accounting principles Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited procedures currently exist Take on additional responsibilities as assigned Assist in financial analysis for day-to-day operations Assist with continuous process improvements and development of automated systems Qualifications A qualified accountant such as CA/CPA/ACCA Ability to work effectively across time zones/geographies with key stakeholders. Experience of working in matrix organization would be an advantage Person who can challenge the status quo and can drive change Strong attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges Ability to execute, and proactively follow up Ambition, and a strong desire for professional development Additional Information
