随着新零售业务增长增加的工作量以及为FH新增奥莱小程序服务
Qualifications
1.根据月度目标拆解至门店颗粒度,并进行周期性的数据追踪,如周度、月度;
2.有一定活动运营基础,在小程序/企微私域生态中,可独立完成单个线上活动的策划、落地及复盘;并能面向门店宣导讲解活动规则及激励机制;
3.根据门店开/闭店、人员入/离职变动协助处理对应企微相关的状态调整
Requirements
1.能较好的运用office办公软件,如Excel、PowerPoint;
2.具备较好的逻辑思维和数据处理能力;
3.具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力,工作态度积极;
4.具备英语的读写能力;
5.从事过零售行业私域运营相关经验者优先;
