The Team
The Business Management & Strategy team is part of Fidelity's Compliance, Risk and Business Operations (CRBO) unit that provides operational and strategic support across the Asset Management (AM) organisation in the areas of:
Business Management, including the aggregation and collection of Objectives & Key Performance Indicators (OKPIs)The design and execution of leadership communication and engagement strategyReal estate planning for all of Asset Management, including close coordination with the Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC) and the Future of Work (FoW) teamTechnology product support for the CRBO technology portfolioStrategic project and program management and support for key CRBO initiatives; andPartnering with the investment teams in Asset Management on business initiatives and process improvement
The Position
As an intern on the Business Management and Strategy team in London, you will work with the Head of UK Business Management & Strategy to advance key strategic deliverables and collaborate with various business partners across Fidelity's London office. You will engage across a range of roles and business units on issues relating to both the daily operation of the London office and the long-term direction of it.
The team is part of the broader CRBO Business Operations and Strategy team that is focused on a variety of key organisational, project management, strategy, and multi-year plan initiatives.
