What You Will Do:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about and excels at product management.
This pivotal role will be expected to collaborate with Ryvit's partner customers to apply a product management methodology to building integration products and features. The Integration Product Manager will be responsible for building & owning integration products from end-to-end.Own end-to-end integration product and feature delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:Collaborate with partners to develop integration product specifications that automate relevant business processes between two applications;Consult partners on relevant accounting workflows and best practice approaches while designing integration features;Author detailed integration specifications to clearly define product features;Conduct discovery research to validate product requirements with end-user subscribersPerform user acceptance testing;Author integration flows using Ryvit's proprietary RyvitFlow tooling;Author documentation and training for internal and external Customer Success and Customer Support teams regarding products;Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with integration process building & deployment, API management, EDI Integrations, alert framework/exception handling, connectors/listeners, etc[AL1] [JM2] .Evaluate, design, develop & review integration code based on functional specifications while maintaining data quality, integrity and security.Identify, debug, and advise on system errors or integration architecture issuesWork closely with internal customers to successfully launch new features, ensuring that sales, CSM, marketing, support and partner teams have what they need to be successful;Measure product performance after a new feature is implemented;Analyze and report on the performance of features in production, reflecting on successes and identifying areas for continuous improvement;Measure product performance after a new feature is implemented;Manage multiple projects concurrently;Identify areas of opportunity to improve on internal product management and delivery processes and take initiative to lead the definition and implementation of the improvement.This role will warrant frequent discussions with customers and partners, customer site visits on an as-needed basis, periodic status reporting on milestone achievements and many other forms of formal and informal communication.Self-confident and coachable.Optimistic in the opportunity to succeed and persistent in your pursuit.A self-starter - takes initiative and needs little supervision.Demonstrates a high-level of integrity and keeps promises in all situations.Ability to maintain composure and react professionally during periods of stress.Ability to change quickly and easily based on partner and company requirements.Organized with effective time management skills to effectively prioritize projects and workload.Sets personal and company goals and objectives and tracks progress toward their achievement.Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - can effectively and respectfully actively listen and communicate within every level at a company.Effective analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills (can gather and analyze data and information and draw conclusions).Strategic in their thinking and value the entrepreneurial spirit.What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
5+ years of Product Management experienceExperience developing integration solutions in low code platforms such as Dell Boomi Mulesoft, or Workatp preferredUnderstanding of the different integration patternsExperience with C# and JavaScriptStrong Relational Database backgroundExperience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documentsExperience with APIs and PostmanA blend of business and technical savvy Knowledge and experience with the phases of the construction life-cycle including accounting practices and project management; preferredWorking knowledge of the Construction industryKnowledge of one or more of the following; preferredViewpoint (Vista & Spectrum) construction management softwareSage 300 CRE construction accounting softwareDemonstrated success defining and shipping amazing products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective;Excellent communication and client facing skills - both written and spoken;Strong organizational skills specific to management of time, project and team resources;Ability to "think on the fly";Desire to have many balls in the air - you perform best under pressure and thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, demanding and entrepreneurial environment;Ability to remain calm under pressure;Ability to manage multiple competing projects;Ryvit's mission is to accelerate the adoption and use of technology in the construction industry.
