  As an Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Integration & Test Lead Section Leader, you will oversee a group of Systems Engineering (SE) Integration and Test Leaders, who lead a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to integrate, debug, and test next generation EW systems.

  Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and manage ECS Systems Engineering Integration and Test Leads:Staffing: Recruit, retain, train, recognize, develop, and assign SE I&T Leads as appropriate to meet business area needs Developing individual, group, and organization goals and objectives Communicating flow-downCollecting and providing performance feedbackCareer mentoring including development of career and training plansEnsuring group members adhere to BAE Systems' cultural principals, policies, and visionTracking program execution through metrics and technical reviewsProviding technical support to programs through proposal and cost estimation reviews, participation in independent design reviews, architecture review boards, and other technical reviews Develop a strategy to support business area growth that includes your recommendations on how to:Sustain the systems engineering integration and test workforceIncorporate industry best practices and new tools and technologies to enhance Integration and Test effectivenessIdentifying and growing future I&T leads through the SE I&T Lead talent pipelineThis position will require you to be onsite.

  Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  Hold an active DoD Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science and 12 years of work experienceEngineering background and leadership skills with experience in multiple aspects of the Defense (DoD) product development lifecycleProven performance management, mentoring, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to formulate a strategic vision and define and implement action plans to achieve goals in a changing environmentStrong Integration and Test Lead experience.

  Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  Functional Management Leadership experience (i.e. performance management, staffing)Experience across engineering lifecycle (i.e. requirements analysis, architecture design/development, integration, verification, sell-off, security accreditation, and maintenance)Advanced technical degree or certification relevant to engineering, technical, or business focusExperience interfacing with internal and external customersExperience developing/reviewing technical and cost artifacts for new business activitiesExperience supporting Trade Studies, Con Ops development, Cost Account Management, engineering initiatives and agile process applicationExperience with integration and test automationExperience with SysML

  Pay Information

  Full-Time Salary Range: $143000 - $243100

  Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
