Reality Labs is looking for a proven Integrated Marketing Manager to support the rollout of the MetaWorks portfolio over the coming year. This person will be responsible for developing and project managing distinctive, innovative and integrated B2B marketing campaigns that build the Meta for Work brand and accelerate the growth of our business. We are looking for someone who is excited about working at the intersection of creativity and technology, where you'll be helping to define and write the playbook for a new category of solution for businesses - VR for Work. Our ideal candidate will have B2B, ideally SaaS, experience with a deep understanding of enterprise audiences globally and setting commercially-oriented marketing goals and strategies which drive growth. They will have a proven track record in crafting world class, insight driven full funnel integrated marketing campaigns, applying analytical rigor and managing successful execution end to end across all marketing touchpoints.Additionally, they are a highly effective communicator and a trusted collaborator. They should expect to work closely with the other IMMs, as well as the rest of the Metaworks Marketing team, PMM, Sales, our Creative teams and agencies. They're able to work cross functionally with a large, geographically-dispersed and multi-disciplinary group.
Integrated Marketing Manager, RL MetaWorks Marketing Responsibilities:
You will be expected to apply analytical rigor, a deep understanding of audience and country-level market dynamics, and the right mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver effective global marketing plans that truly move the needle.Work closely with XFN partners to translate business objectives into marketing strategy to support ambitious business growth plans, creating inspiring briefs and marketing plans to reach our target audiences.Work with partners such as IMM, media, content and sales to lead and coordinate prioritized full funnel multi-channel lead generation programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis and reporting, and rollout in multiple diverse global markets.Partner closely with our sales team and use marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce to ensure leads are of the right quality, are routing correctly and being tracked throughout the funnel to allow for ROI assessment and optimisation of marketing activitiesDevelop a deep understanding of our markets, audience personas, attitudes, values and behaviors across industries and use cases and through the full lifecycle from nurture to acquisition to onboarding and adoption.Translate value propositions and messaging frameworks into customer-facing messaging that is optimized for conversion through each stage of the customer journey.Partner closely with the XFN teams listed to identify opportunities and deliver GTM plans and integrated marketing campaigns: Local markets, Product Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, Social, Influencer, Communications, Planning and Media investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management.Define analytics & learning agendas for projects, working closely with Data Science, to demonstrate the impact and return of marketing investment for the businessMaintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Creative and design teams, Legal and Product guidanceMinimum Qualifications:
8+ years' marketing experience - B2B or SaaS marketing experience preferredExperience developing global B2B marketing strategy and breakthrough integrated marketing campaignsProven capabilities in agency and budget managementHands on experience of working with marketing and sales automation tools, specifically Salesforce and ideally Marketo or other similar CRM toolOutcome driven with experience in identifying and leveraging insights, data and analytics to optimize marketing activities through the funnelProven experience managing bold, breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns with creative teamsExperience driving customer acquisition and growth through the implementation of digital and traditional media strategies.Demonstrable project management expertise in managing deliver of marketing campaigns across multiple marketing touch points, region, internal and external teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
