About Team: IES Molecular Service Sales
Role & Responsibilities
To work closely with the Head Service Molecular, service coordinator and other channels like Service, sales, and marketing.Responsibilities:
Coordinates the Service Contract business through renewals quotation (90 days before expiry) and achieve 100% renewals.
Responsible for warranty conversion (Service contract after expiry of warranty) in time.
Maintain Contract Forecasting file on a daily base and provide summary report on weekly basis.
Provide necessary price, Scope of Work, and customer information to service Operation team for quotation generation.
Coordinate with Field Service team and Marketing for upgrades, qualification activities and other service enquiries.
Work well with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions after discussing with Service head.
Ensure contracts are invoiced timely and follow up unpaid invoices.
Ensure Contract Customer Data in SAP and other references or systems is always up to date and accurate.
Run monthly renewal lists and distribute to RM’s to ensure renewal and conversion process is started timely.
Ensure compliance of corporate policies, procedures & standards
Candidate Requirement:
Education & Experience levels:
Graduate or Postgraduate with 3+ years of meaningful experience
Nature of experience: Inside Sales/Remote Sales, Service sales support function, Backend operations with customer interaction.
Knowledge Required:
Knowledge of MS Excel is must and SAP or other CRM are added advantage.
Prior experience in Healthcare, Pharma or similar Industry / domain is an added advantage.
Skills:
Customer centric, highly motivated, Analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good Communication is a must !
Should have commercial skill !
Multitasking, Prioritize work as per business demand !
