About Inside Sales Representative, Uber Eats (Madrid)

  About the Role

  The Sales Representative will focus on bringing on the best restaurants in our most strategic markets that fit our partnership criteria, and you'll apply your skills in cold-calling, emailing, and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success!

  What You'll Do

  Identify, contact, and acquire the most relevant merchants in your marketEngage in high-volume cold calling and email outreach to connect with and evaluate decision-makers.Improve sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniquesClearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products to prospects;Conduct contract negotiations with experienced and well-informed prospects, ensuring mutually favorable economic terms for both partiesOwn the entire sales process, which involves prospecting, making initial calls, displaying, negotiating, securing deals, and guiding restaurants through the onboarding process until they effectively complete their first month on the UberEats platformReport directly to the Sales Team Lead, who will provide direct support for your professional development and advancement in your role and career.

  What You'll Need

  You have +3 year of Sales, specifically conducting high-volume outbound cold calling.You excel at inspiring potential partners to recognize the advantages UberEats will bring to their businessesYou have a track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly goalsYou have innovative sales strategies to successfully engage with potential clients.You have excellent written and communication skillsYou are a well-organized individual with strong time management and prioritization skills.You can handle sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Google Suite)Native level of Spanish is required as well as proficiency in English.

  Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
