About the Opportunity:

As an Infrastructure Project Director you will be responsible for leading the Design and Supervision of some of the largest and most iconic infrastructure developments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a true collaborative leadership style, you will manage and coordinate all delivery functions ensuring that the plans meet design and construction objectives.
Key areas include:
*Maximizing utilization of our Global Design Centres as well as our global Subject Matter Experts
*Driving development and delivery performance so that all milestones are met or exceeded without compromising cost targets, safety, security or quality
*Directly managing consultants and contractors engaged in the design and build process
*Planning and coordinating the operations infrastructure required for consultants, and contractors to function in a safe, secure, productive and collaborative environment
*Validate project plans, budgets, performance status, forecast, trends, risks, and key decisions
*Provide management and oversight of the project by ensuring that all objectives are being achieved including those related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, and sustainability
Here’s what you’ll need :
About You:
*You will have delivered projects across the full suite of infrastructure across the full life cycle, taking a project from concept master planning design, through to detailed design and construction supervision.
*You will have experience in successfully managing subconsultants in project delivery, being able to engage, inspire and motivate to get the best results, and ultimately deliver in line with stakeholder expectations
*Middle East experience, in particular Saudi Arabia would be an advantage but is not a requirement
*Degree qualified in either Civil or an appropriate Engineering discipline
*Being a qualified member of a recognized institution or organization is advantageous (to include but not necessarily be limited to CEng, PE, CIOB)
