　　What you will be doing

　　We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Information Security professional to join our team in the role of Information Security IT Risk Management Analyst-III. The main focus of this position will be to take charge of managing and leading industry certification implementations. Additionally, the candidate will need to possess a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding information security, privacy, and emerging technologies. A key responsibility will also include managing Third Party Risk Management responses to our partners. This role requires proactive compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as conducting trust and assurance activities related to our information security practices.

　　Monitor regulatory developments in the field of information security, privacy & emerging technologies on a global scale.Interpret complex regulations relating to information security and translate them into operational requirements.Provide support to develop and implement policies, procedures, controls, and best practices for information security management.Manage Third Party Information Security & Privacy Risk Responses to our partners.Lead 2nd party / 3rd party industry certification (ISO 27001, 27701, 27017, HITRUST and others) assessment of our systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations.Collaborate with other departments to provide advice on external assurance and associated risk management strategies.Support Information Security Due diligence activities for Cyber Insurance, M&A and other use casesDevelop awareness and support training sessions on regulatory changes affecting information security.

　　What your background should look like

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSFP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are preferred.Minimum four (4) or more years of experience in an IT or Information Security role with a focus on regulatory intelligence and assurance activities.Prior experience managing Third Party Information Security & Privacy Risk Responses - HIGHLY DESIREDStrong knowledge of international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, HITRUST CSF).Hands-on work experience with leading / managing industry certifications (ISO 27001, 27701, 27017, HITRUST R2 Validated and others) related to Information Security, Privacy & Cloud Systems for a large global enterprise.A great team player who can listen , willing to learn about Cencora & adaptExcellent problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze complex data.Large Program Management experience in a matrix org structureStrong communication skills both written and verbal; able to explain technical concepts in clear terms.Solutions oriented, critical thinker who can help vision risks on the horizon and being more pro-active vs. re-active
