Boeing Government Security is currently seeking anIndustrial Security Manager(Level K) supporting security programs and Special Access Program (SAP) activities,Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) activities and/or National Industrial Security Program (NISP). This position can be performed from multiple Boeing sites which include St. Charles, MO, Ogden, UT; Heath, OH or Huntsville, AL.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation of security controlsDevelops and executes projects and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employeesDevelops project or operational plans aligned to department's objectivesImplements plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achievedAssigns authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the planReviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issuesMonitors appropriate metrics to ensure performance to planProvides on-going developmental feedbackRecognizes contributions of individuals and teams to improve employee satisfaction and retain a skilled and motivated workforceDevelops work group, project or operational goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment with Company vision/strategyMeasures progress, executing changes as neededHolds direct reports accountable for achieving goalsAchieves goals for productivity, quality and customer satisfactionProvides technical direction and guidance to others regarding approved processes, tools, technology and skills for own projects or processesEnsures work group products or processes meet customer, company, quality, industry and regulatory requirementsProvides approval of work group technical approaches, products and processesManages contract security force to ensure adequate headcount to support programs and include billing
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are required for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change.5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience3+ years of Project Management experience3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customer
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time to supported sites.

Pay range: $103,700 - $140,300
Export Control Requirements: U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
