Summary:
This position provides instrumentand electrical technical support to construction, plant facilities and fieldoperations. The position will repair, install, troubleshoot, and performpredictive and preventative maintenance tasks on control systems, natural gascompression or pump stations, SCADA, and other equipment contained withingas and liquidfacilities and pipelines. Additionally, this position willinspect, troubleshoot, and maintain process control systems such as PLCsor DCSand other similar equipment.

The essential job duties for this positionare listed below:Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA systems, plant, pipeline, andcompressor instrument and electrical equipment components with all job dutiesand responsibilities executed in a reliable and efficient manner while incompliance with the Partnership's procedures and regulatory requirements.Install, diagnose, and maintainpneumatic and intelligent instruments, electrical distribution systems, motorcontrol gear, and associated equipment softwareInstall, diagnose, and maintainPLC's or DCS systems & process or safety controlsRead and interpret manuals, policy,engineering standards, regulations, drawings, and schematics,including electrical,pneumatic, and P&ID'sTest, calibrate, and document plantand compressor station control and safety devices per DOT 192, DOT 193,DOT 195or applicable PSM 1910 requirements and ensure frequencies of requiredpreventative maintenance task are kept currentParticipate in call out/on callrequirementsActively participate in partnershipsafety programs and initiativesPerform specialized technical skills(i.e. develops complex design projects, cost estimates, evaluates electricalsystems, build and maintain ESD systems, maintain gas turbine or skid unitcontrol systems)Provide work direction, oversight,and inspect other work provided by third party contractorsProvide mentoring and oversight toless qualified employeesProvide accurate written andelectronic reportingComply with partnership safetypolicies and proceduresPerform energy isolation lockout/tagoutprocedures (LOTO)
Required Education:High school diploma or GEDRequired experience is commensurate with the selected job level:Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant industry experience orequivalent work experienceLevel B requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant industry experience orequivalent work experienceLevel A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience orequivalent work experienceRequired Qualifications:Valid driver's license with demonstrated safe driving recordAbility to maintain motor controls, relay logic, RTU's, I&Eassociated end-devicesProficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook and WordExperience using software to troubleshoot, design, or configure controlsolutions specific to In Touch Wonderware or Factory Talk, Allen BradleyRSLogix, or Delta VExtensive knowledge of DOT 192 DOT 193, and DOT 195, as it pertains torequired testing and documentation for plants, compressor stations,pipelines, and/or facilities as requiredDemonstrated understanding of the National Electric Code and OSHA 1910 as itrelates to electrical systemsPreferred Qualifications:State Electrical LicenseAssociates Degree in InstrumentationRelated software and system certifications (i.e. Factory Talk, Delta V, etc.)Working Conditions and Requirements:
