Job Summary
Enterprise Information Services is responsible for Aerospace's classified and unclassified enterprise IT environment. As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer, you will be responsible for increasing cybersecurity by assisting in the development, engineering and implementation of identity and access management technologies. As a member of the Information Security team you will be responsible for identity and access management, incident response, security assessments, risk mitigation programs, vulnerability scanning and collaborating to integrate systems across the enterprise

Hybrid: This position will be a hybrid work model with some onsite work required in El Segundo, CA or Chantilly, VA
What You'll Be DoingDevelop, maintain, and/or implement identity and access management integrations across the enterprise to include Multifactor Authentication, Federated Identity Management, Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure, Endpoint Privilege Management, Privileged Access Management, and identity integrations with both SaaS and on-premises applicationsEnforcement of policies, procedures, and associated plans for system security administration and user system access based on industry-standard best practicesWork closely with other departments within IT on corporate technology development to fully secure information, computer, network, and processing systemsProvide input to security policies and practices in accordance with changes in requirements and/or reflect best practicesRemain informed on trends and issues in the security industry, including current and emerging technologies and policiesCommunicate effectively with senior management, peers, staff, and customers both inside and outside the corporationWhere necessary, provide Tier 3 support to help troubleshoot complex issues and architect new solutionsWhat You Need to be Successful
Minimum Requirements for Level II:Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study, or equivalent experience3 years of relevant experienceSolid knowledge of common IAM technical principles, theories, concepts and toolsWorking knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems.Prior hands-on experience with IAM solutionsExcellent knowledge of technology environments, including information security and authentication solutionsExperience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day managementAbility to translate organizational goals and objectives into actionable implementation plansThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearanceMinimum Requirements for Level III:Same requirements as level II noted above and 5 years of experienceHow You Can Stand Out
