We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IC Associate Program Project Coordinator. The successful candidate shall:
Duties include:
Work with SMEs on execution of SOWs for IC work products and clarify the requirements.Review and edit all work products prior to submission to sponsor - enlist technical writer/editor as neededSubmit the work products to the sponsor for review and acceptance tracking on time delivery and acceptance and rejections status by government personnel, to include regional for functional National Intelligence Officers, National Intelligence Council management and Mission Integration or DNI senior executives and facilitate any required changes.Track all rework and complete root cause analysis for all rejectionsFacilitate and schedule any required verbal briefings presentations and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMS).Take action items and meeting minutes for TEMS and track action items to conclusion.
Basic Qualifications
A BA degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
