About Hyundai Service Advisor

  Job Title: Hyundai Service Advisor Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Hyundai Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Hyundai vehicle owners seeking maintenance or repairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive service processes, and the ability to ensure a positive customer service experience. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and assist them in understanding their Hyundai vehicle's service needs. * Schedule appointments for routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Communicate with customers to gather detailed information about vehicle issues and concerns. * Provide accurate and transparent service cost estimates, ensuring customers are informed about pricing and timelines. * Liaise with the service department to prioritize and schedule repairs based on customer needs and vehicle requirements. * Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, including any delays or additional repairs needed. * Coordinate loaner vehicles or alternate transportation solutions for customers when necessary. * Ensure timely and accurate completion of all service-related paperwork. * Resolve customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. * Upsell additional services or maintenance packages that align with Hyundai's recommended guidelines. Requirements: * Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude. * Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with expertise in Hyundai vehicles. * Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance requirements. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling and invoicing. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. * Familiarity with Hyundai service procedures and warranty policies. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members.
