　　Job Description:

　　We have an excellent opportunity for Human Resources (HR) Interns for our Summer 2024 internship program! Positions within HR will report to a Human Resources Manager and assist with providing support to employees within multiple business units across North America. Areas within HR could include Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Retention, HR Reporting and Analytics, HR technology, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and our HR Administration.

　　The Summer 2024 Arrow Internship Program will follow a hybrid schedule.

　　Arrow will supply all interns with company equipment. Start date options will be June 3rd or June 10th and all internships will end August 8th.

　　Hiring Rate/ Range:

　　Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
