Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
The Hub Quality and Compliance Auditor has the knowledge and expertise in shared services specifically in data quality and process audit. This role is responsible for ensuring that the services provided by Manila Hub to its clients meet the required quality standards based on the standards operating procedures, agreed WoW, SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics that is identified in the overall Hub service delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Performs regular audits in the transactions using the approved audit and quality framework to assess Hub's compliance with quality standards and recommends areas for improvement. Develops audit plans (objective, scope, methodology of audit) to prioritize the work plans and ensure coverage based on agreed prioritization. Review and examine documentations, pertinent supporting information, standard operating procedures, and other relevant materials to understand the requirements and expectations for each service lines and match it accordingly to the quality framework and audit engagement plan. Performs process walkthroughs by observing and evaluating the execution of the different services of Manila Hub and its processes and identify any deviations from the standard operating procedures or potential risks. Collaborates with the Manila Hub leadership team as well as its respective service line members to gather information, clarify processes, and identify gaps or issues. Collect and analyze the performance metrics of Manila Hub and all other relevant KPIs identified for each services including but not limited to customer feedback, quality metrics, and identify the trends and areas for improvement. Prepares detailed summary of the audit findings, including identified issues, root causes, and recommended corrective and preventive actions. As needed, shares these reports to identified key and relevant stakeholders of Manila Hub. To ensure closure and continuous improvement of operations, this role will be responsible in monitoring and follow-ups of the implementation of the agreed corrective and preventive actions, review relevant documentations and assess the effectiveness of the implemented changes. Provides an external view and best practices (internally and externally), may delivery learning sessions and provide guidance to the team on quality standards and process excellence. Ensures elimination of the operational risks through the performance of regular audits and closure of the audit findings. Recommends/recognize best practices and other scalable practices or standards to uplift Hub service delivery model.
