HRBP Global Integrated Supply Chain
HR Business Partners are accountable for providing strategic HR advice within a locally relevant framework, which improves the quality of business decisions and drives business value. They proactively shape the business transformation, building organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture. They work closely with diverse business leaders to provide thoughtful and relevant HR services/solutions based on a deep understanding of the market and the business. They are responsible for translating strategic business objectives into an effective people plan.
In this role, you have the opportunity to provide strategic HR leadership to the following ISC organizations: North America, Ultrasound, Hospital Patient Monitoring, Image Guided Therapy - Devices, AM&D and Emergency Care.
More specifically, you are responsible for:
Leading large sophisticated Organizational Transformations, Change Management, Talent & Capabilities and building Winning Cultures where people belong and thrive. You will encourage internal talent career promotion, cross-functional moves as well as focused external talent acquisition to have a robust foundation that enables this organization to deliver with speed and quality through strong collaboration.
Your key areas of responsibility are: Organizational Design/Change Management - You will work closely with the leadership teams of these organizations to make the new operating model work, apply employee centric change management. You will continue to drive Org. Design efforts and further evolve the new set up driving greater effectiveness. You will facilitate team development sessions with the newly created organizations. You will deliver productivity on time and on target.On the Talent front , the following topics are high on the radar: successful onboarding and coaching of the new leaders in these new roles;development plans and career paths, upgrading talent/performance management, retention strategies, building strong pro-active talent acquisition plans to attract the best of the best from the labor market whilst accelerating high potential talent internally Capabilities wise, Apply Strategic Workforce planning to build critical capabilities as part of the overall ISC strategy, you will shape the functional capability plans in support of the ISC wide transformation efforts. The impact of this roles goes beyond the organizational boundaries in defining, developing and embedding ISC capabilities.In Inclusion and Diversity, You will drive plans to increase diversity and inclusion resulting in a stronger diverse pipeline to the executive levels. In addition you will build inclusive teams with a keen eye on Health & Wellbeing, Future of Work.You strongly collaborate with the newly appointed ISC leaders, the ISC HR team, HR teams in the countries, other HR business partners and consult with the Centers of Excellence to meet the particular needs. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
We are looking for a top-tier international HR leader with:A University Degree, Master's degree preferred12+ years strategic HR experience, working directly with senior leadership teams with recent experiences supporting large and complex multinational highly regulated organizations targeting different customer segmentsProven success in leading large scale transformation and capability building efforts while continuously providing ongoing optimization effortsStrong track record in building a diverse workforce and bench strength for critical positions and in implementing industry leading capabilities.Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior collaborators, build followership with local HR teams, partner with CoEs to deliver on global people strategiesDemonstrated success in all HR functional areas within a complex, and matrixed environment. Must be hands on, humble and capable of delivering work with a lean organizationPlanning, organizational and project management skills with experience in delivering on strategic organizational objectives within the agreed timeframesWhy should you join Philips?
