MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate the HR Strategy activation across SC HC Europe Drive the OVH/FTE control & planning process Lead the capability pillar of the Strategy leveraging the existing to fit the priorities Support the talent development process and tools to be best in class in talent management

Project ManagementResponsible for implementing the HR strategy in accordance with the BU HR Strategy and objectives and using project management toolsEncourages teams and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the teamDefining and tracking measurable performance indicators and improvement plansAssure overall HR governance and HR projects deliveryOVH ManagementWork closely with the Finance SC partners to drive the OVH/FTE control & planning processProvide support on reorganization and restructuring projectsCapability BuildingDevelop the training strategy based on needs for SC Central Team & FactoriesEnsure needs from the ground are shared with Global SC & Factory Learning teamShare and leverage the existing to answer needs - relay key programs/information/tools from the Global SC & Factory Learning Network (e.g. Degreed, CSOD, BuildApp, other knowledge centers)Talent ManagementSupport in People Forum preparation and facilitation leveraging the Talent IntelligenceSupport employees Goal setting, career development and talent card completion in WorkDay in order to have a Future Fit Plan for everybodyActivate end of year performance reviews according to global cycle (communication, training), support the LM's throughout the process on tools and provide support in use of the global talent management tools (Multi-Source Feedback etc.)KEY SKILLS: Stakeholder engagementCoaching skillsTalent nurturing skillsOrganisational EffectivenessPerformance ImprovementChange ManagementUnderstanding of Unilever HR policiesEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
