　　Checkand reconcilethe application and complying with the compensation & benefits guidelines in the BAPrepare job evaluations according to guidelines (Hay Grading)Supportsalary review and variable compensation processes for executives atBA levelProjects & Processes

　　Participate in BU /Corporate/Business Area HR projects, and work on own projectsInform and support locations throughout EMEA on relevant HR innovations, projects and changed content, ensure adherence to processes and policiesCooperate and support in the day-to-day operations ofBA HRteamOptimise and train HR processes in the BASalary range: 2400 - 3600 EUR Gross
