  Job Overview

  TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

  What your background should look like:

  Job Description:

  - Training management

  1) Setup and update of operating procedures of Training (include NEO, annual training plan, on-job training etc.) to provide the guideline of employee development and support business development.

  2) Analyzes training and development needs for employees in collaboration with line managers and other HR partners to ensure skill and capabilities of employees meet TE's current and future needs.

  - Learning & Development Program

  Implements Talent Management programs, including marketing and communications, program structure, content, pre/post learning follow-up, evaluation, quality, and continuous improvement.

  - Daily Training data& system management

  Management of training system, for example Peixunbao, Bydoing to ensure the training data smart and accurate, monitor the whole process and give help or solutions to meet department or audit needs.

  - Execution & Customer Service

  1) Works with managers and external vendors to manage program scheduling and logistics of assigned curriculums, such as purchase order and invoice processing

  2) Manages resources and day-to-day relationships to ensure the quality delivery of learning modules

  3) Conducts training for special positions and/or employee orientation. Facilitates learning activities as needed.

  Requirement:

  Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource or English is preferred3+ years above related working experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent English in both verbal and written
