What you'll do:
As a HR Manager you will provide Human Resources leadership within the Tczew campus. You will also guide, direct and administers Human Resources Management, policies and processes to achieve corporate and site objectives. You will be responsible for employees employed in two legal entities as well as plant and divisional/corporate functions located in Tczew. You will drive all cultural changes and ensure consistency of culture across Tczew campus.
This position reports to Tczew campus manager and functionally to Director of HR Vehicle Group EMEA.
Your main responsibilities:
Act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counselor for the leadership teamDrive standard and consistent HR policies and practices aligned with EatonFoster changes in the organization to facilitate integration of two legal entitiesCreate a positive employee relations cultureAlign and act as role model and sponsor for Eaton Values and PhilosophyAct as a center of excellence in training, development, compensation management, employee engagement and performance managementBuild organizational capability to meet the current and future needs of the businessEstablish and maintain open lines of communications with executives and managers at various levels to foster understanding, gain support and initiate programs and improvementsActs as the primary interface with Trade Unions or other employee interests' groupsAct as a sponsor on Inclusion & Diversity activitiesManage training needs identification, training program development and deployment across the campusAdminister, calibrate and monitor the performance management process and the Organizational Capability Assessment (OCA) for the CampusEfficiently direct and coordinate the recruitment, selection and promotion processes; Take proactive action to ensure a diverse candidate pool and ensure we are upgrading the talent in the organization to successfully achieve the Campus strategyAdminister compensation programs to ensure competitive pay practices through systems that reward superior employee performance within the CampusLead or participate in Group or Division HR initiatives; Participate in special projects and task groups as require identifying project scope and continuously managing the expectations of internal and external customers4
Qualifications:
Your essential skills we are looking for:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR or HR related field. Master's degree preferred8 years of HR experience of which 3 years of Human Resources Managerial role experience preferred in a progressive multinational companyBroad range of HR knowledgeManaging the information-heavy field complying with labor laws, safety concerns, health issues and local, state and policies that change regularlyAbility to stay updated on legislation to ensure compliance relating to corporate and government policies and laws for the legal entity/operationKnowledge of digital tools and its practical application in HREnglish language - advanced levelPolish language - advanced/native levelDemonstrates Leadership Style/Influential PowerCoaching, Consulting and FacilitatingNegotiations and problem-solving skillsOrganizational and planning skillsDemonstrates a collaborative style, drive for resultsExcellent communications skills
