What you'll do:
The site HR leader is a business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counselor for the Golf Pride Taiwan team, as well as a top functional leader in the brand. In partnership with the Taiwan Site Leader and guidance from the Global HR Leader this role strategically plans, organizes, directs, and leads all human resources functions of the Human Resource Department including internal and external staffing, organizational learning and development, labor relations, compensation and benefits, wellness and health, and employee recreational and community involvement programs in accordance with Country Labor Laws and regulations impacting the various disciplines. This leader strives for a world class employee experience and drives cultural change to align the organization with the strategy and influences the development and sustainability of other functions. This leader supports in building organizational capability through identifying opportunities between current and desired state and driving actions and relationships to support improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Labor relations or related field.3 years minimum of HR related experience in a manufacturing environment.3 years minimum experience managing people. People manager with strong team leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and a team player.Specialized subjects include wage and salary administration techniques, bargaining guidelines, organizational development and training techniques, lawful staffing practices, and elementary psychology and human behavior.Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through others.Excellent English & Local Language communication skills Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills.Working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures
