　　You will be part of the Human Relations (HR) team and closely work with the team on end-to-end HR processes

　　Recruitment

　　Support with recruitment activities including sourcing, selection process, pre-screening, interviewing and short listing of candidates in permanent, temporary and internship positions.Support with managing candidate interviews and Assessment Centers.Review and implement continuous improvement of recruitment processes.Onboarding

　　Plan and execute onboarding process for new hires/transferees.Support documentation process including employee filing.Employee Engagement

　　Organize engagement & communication events at workplaceSupport in reward & recognition initiativesHR Projects:

　　Lean HR Processes

　　Support with creation & documentation of HR processes and associated procedures involving the various stakeholders such as HRBPs, C&B, TMOD, HR Ops Center and the business.
