What role will you play?
As a HR Business Partner, you will drive the execution of talent and diversity strategies within the business group. Engaging in the day-to-day delivery of HR services to business leaders and teams, you will build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group while driving strategic outcomes. You will support a diverse range of HR activities, including aspects of the year-end remuneration and promotion processes.
You will also have degree-level education with business or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications and well-developed analytical skills and numeracy. If you are seeking to take on accountability for a diverse range of HR activities and driving strategic outcomes, while remaining actively engaged in the day-to-day delivery of HR services to business leaders and teams, this is a fantastic opportunity.
