Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Global Business Leaders to ensure HR strategy is incorporated into the business strategy, including understanding factors from the external environment.
Talent Planning - Identifying long-term needs to support Human Capital Plan and Succession Plans, with input from People HR
Workforce Planning - Provide guidance to Business Leaders and Partners on organization design, job design, and headcount, including strategic opportunities for roles that can be filled through international assignments
Optimization & Transformation - Guide, Support, and Consult Business Leaders on organizational optimization and Human Resources Transformation efforts
Identify training and leadership development needs for assigned business as a systemic strategy.
Review and analyze people data to proactively identify trends that impact business partners, and engage People HR and Communities of Expertise as needed to configure relevant HR solutions
Lead consistent delivery of corporate culture and diversity programs (i.e. We are GM, Egon Zehnder Assessments) across function, in addition to employee engagement activities (i.e. We Are GM, Workplace of Choice, etc.)
With People HR, oversee and manage where applicable, executive and classified compensation planning, ensuring overall functional alignment with budget and overall alignment with compensation planning guidelines
Partner with Community of Expertise (COE) resources/shared service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HR services/programs
Partner with COEs to build effective working relationships and provide constructive field perspective to influence common processes and procedures
Additional Description
This position mandatory requires solid experience managing HR processes including succession planning, organizational design, and HR processes cycle such as compensation, benefits, hiring, retention, training, workforce planning, employee relations, restructuring, and system implementation. Also, the role requires working with the business leadership in strategic topics such as diversity, equity and inclusion, workforce planning, organization assessments and change management. Candidates should be able to demonstrate solid problem solving, market knowledge, customer focus, analytical thinking, strategic orientation, organizational savvy, people development, and outstanding collaboration and influencing skills. University Graduate; bachelor's degree or master's degree in HR Management or related field With at least 8 years of experience working in multinational or global companies.
