Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes, and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, legal compliance and governance strategies.
As a Technical Writer and Documentation, you will provide support within the H&B Operations to document SWIs, Process flows and checklists in compliance to WTW standards and sign-off from Business stakeholders. You should also have a high level of expertise on process management that could lead to formulate future efficiencies on country processes.
The Role
• Support the execution of process documents following agreed processes, tools and templates.
• Core delivery will include:
a) Observe team’s processes and document each process steps
b) Standardize documents in compliance with WTW templates
c) Store in agreed repository sites
d) Create and update process documents such as templates and guides as instructed by Subject Matter Experts
• Internal system updates, where required.
In addition to this, you will:
• Attend training, meetings and/other educational events to increase understanding of processes.
• Formulate training design for the teams.
• Facilitate process training and will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the processes.
• Will attend project management/transition discussions as part of drafting the processes.
• Receive training from experienced consultants.
• Comply with internal excellence and compliance requirements.
• Identify ways to create efficiencies across process.
Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to multiple stake holders effectively and in a timely manner
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines is a must
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
• Self-starter attitude and ability to establish priorities, work independently and with limited supervision.
• Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate.

• Support interactions between clients, WTW and insurance vendors.

• Should have high level of expertise on process management that could lead to formulate future efficiencies.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Visio.
Experience:
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Technical Writer or Process Documentation
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
• Working knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and Lean Six Sigma methodology
