Job Description

　　We are looking for you, Head of System Engineering Excellence, to lead and drive several topics in R&D to achieve system engineering excellence in the following areas:

　　Configuration management on system levelProduct data managementSystem Design FMEAFunctional safety management governanceTechnical compliance including legal technical regulations (LTR)Systems engineering process governanceYour tasks will focus on the following activities:

　　Global functional lead in the areas of responsibility including providing direction, organizing global synergies and standard processesDirect lead of a team in Babenhausen & Wetzlar (organizational and personnel management)Ensure the work products of the team are delivered on time and with high quality in series development projectsSupport audits to ensure the process complianceManage internal and external customer relationship in areas of responsibilityResource planning for direct reports and global resource balancingDrive continuous improvements in above-mentioned areas (e.g. automation)Drive system engineering process management including process updates, maintenance and deployment supportSupport and contribute to R&D process managementProvide upper management with status reports in areas of responsibilityAdditional Information
