Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) is Fidelity's equity compensation administration services business, which is a 650+ person, vertically integrated in the Workplace Investing (WI) division. Fidelity's Stock Plan Services business manages relationships with 750+ clients and 2.7+M participants in 198 countries, including 150 S&P 500 companies, providing administrative support services for these clients and individual support and guidance to plan participants.
The Stock Plan Services (SPS) Product and Platforms Domain exists to focus and deliver upon the core product and platform capabilities needed by Clients and their Participants. The domain focuses on four major tenets in operating principles and design decisions:

As the Head of SPS Products and Platforms, Domain Leader for the SPS Domain, you blend broad product and technology management expertise with an obsession for delivering business partner and/or customer value. You will set the strategic direction for the Domain and ensure continued alignment and prioritization in the work being delivered. As a critical member of the SPS senior team, you help shape the overall direction and strategy of SPS businesses. You will collaborate with other SPS leaders, Domain leaders and senior leaders across Fidelity to align on and prioritize strategic objectives and initiatives within SPS and across Fidelity. You will work in an agile structure with teams oriented around strategic goals and delivering on our critical metrics. As a leader, you will empower these teams, their leaders and associates to enhance value delivered through prioritization, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and decision making. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.
Within the agile structure, you will be responsible for a group of Product Area Leaders, Chapter Leaders, and COEs around strategic goals, business partner or customer experiences, products or product sets, or platform and communicating the SPS product strategy, prioritization, and timelines. You lead a team of senior agile leaders who are focused on driving increased value through cross-functional squads consisting of dedicated chapter members.
The SPS business has a multi-year journey of transformation ahead of us. This role will be responsible for leading a large global record keeping (GRK) platform modernization and will require a leader who thrives in an environment of leading large complex change and delivering high impact.

Lead the core vision and strategy for next generation record keeping capabilities as well as the ecosystem of client and participant digital experiences and complimentary capabilitiesPartner with SPSNQ and international leaders to drive the global product strategy and deliver enhanced capabilities outside of the US. THE EXPERTISE YOU HAVE
Extensive experience in managing large complex enterprise platforms and systems. 15+ years' experience preferred.Executive leadership in transforming and modernizing global platforms that are client facing.Mainframe and Brokerage products and platforms experience preferredBachelor's Degree required; MBA preferredNASD Series 7, 24 and 63 required, may be acquired while in role15+ years' experience in leading Agile teamsExperienced Agile leader who is passionate about the business and ensures the right culture, structure, process, and people in place to achieve the SPSNQ strategy.Ability to implement and drive to business decisions and results, effective blend of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution focus.Proven track record leading multiple, cross-functional teams across various products, customer segments, and technology platforms.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills that enable you to engage cross-functionally internally and with executive and senior level customers and partners.Expertise in defining and leading sophisticated products and programs within the domain and across the business
