职位描述SCM Plant Operational responsibility for all SCM plant functions "Source - Make - Deliver" (amongst other things material requirement planning, Customer logistics, Production Logistics and Scheduling, Extended Workbench, operative logistics raw material supply, Raw Material Warehouse, Raw material incoming, Distribution logistics, Master data, Finished Goods Warehousing) inclusive operative and strategic leading, motivating and developing the subordinate departments and their employees.Permanent and sustainable improvement of the SCM processes in the plant to ensure the timely availability of materials for the customer -> from demand to delivery.Authorized to guide local departments (incl. interfaces) regarding the daily operations of the plant: prioritization of the order processing in the plant.Participating the entire Sales & Operations Planning process (demand & supply balancing to meet internal as well as external requirements / levels (for the short- and mid term period) -> target: balancing of the production capacities) .Responsible for the monthly short term Forecasting of the next three months.Comparison of the production capacities of the plant in relation to sales.Responsible for maintaining and improving of the defined SCM indicators (KPIs SCM) in the plant.Responsible for the organization and result of the annual inventory of the plant.
Staff Management Lead and manage the subordinated organizational units, implementation of staff recruitment, performance and potential reviews, measures of training and development, disciplinary measures in collaboration with the personnel department. Regional Production capacity Coordinate with regional SCM to figure out the plant capacity leveling for medium- and short term analysis, coordination and balance. ESH Actively participates in the activities of environmental health and safety. Policies, Values & guidelines of ContiTech / Continental /Laws Compliance with laws. Secures that Corporate values, guidelines and policies of Continental, ContiTech & BU BHSG are well respected in the own SCM plant organization and acts as a role model. Networking/Interfaces Support teamwork and cooperation in regional plant SCM area as well as also with other departments. Pro active communication with other BHSG departments which has an interface with the plant SCM (e.g. plant manager, producers, KAM, Sales Manager, etc.), with the aim "optimizing the interface".Contact person for the area SCM operation for our external and internal customers. 其他信息
