Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for a visionary and results-oriented individual to lead our dynamic Product Development team, steering the establishment and evolution of our cutting-edge Enterprise Product Platform. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in the growth of our Commercial Wireless Product division, spearheading the launch of innovative products, accessories, application services, and IT solutions into the market. The Head of Product Development will be instrumental in assembling a talented team of problem solvers dedicated to achieving our development goals and ensuring the successful delivery of products that drive our Wireless Commercial Business forward.
In this role, you will:
Strategic Leadership: Drive product development principles and processes by collaborating seamlessly with business partners, UX/UI design teams, and engineering teams to implement a visionary product platform strategy.
Product/Partner Intake: Operate intake process to document product and partner opportunities, identify impacted teams and lead cross-functional evaluation and prioritization of opportunities
Visionary Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to align on and deliver on the product platform vision and strategy, ensuring a holistic view of all processes essential for a successful product launch.
Lifecycle Mastery: Support the execution of all product lifecycle processes, from research and competitive analysis to planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and Go-to-Market activities as necessary.
Agile Collaboration: Foster a high-performance work environment that is both Agile and team-centric, promoting collaboration and innovation within the Product Development team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their goals, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes.
Leadership: Exhibit outstanding follow-up and follow-through skills in all facets of management, swiftly driving problem resolution and ensuring seamless project execution.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
As a successful Head of Enterprise Product Management, you will have:
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, including 3+ years as a People Leader
Proven work experience in product management
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $133,000.00/Year - $190,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
