　　About The Role

　　Uber Delivery is looking for a Head of Delivery Partner Operations to lead a dedicated team and build the best platform for earners. Delivery partners (DPs) deliver food and groceries from merchants to consumers, and they are one of Uber Eats' most important partners. Our mission is to make Uber Delivery the preferred platform for restaurants, delivery partners and eaters across Taiwan!

　　Your Impact in Role:

　　Vision & Execution: Build and drive the vision, objectives and key results, and execution of the delivery partner strategy.Problem Solving: deliver results on a broad set of opportunity areas related to delivery partners, including: growth funnel, user research, data and analytics, communication strategy, delivery quality, compliance, EV adoption, engagement programs, and product launches.Stakeholder management: champion collaboration with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams including, including Legal, Public Policy, Communications, Safety and other external partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution strategies.Team Leadership: Mentor, lead and recruit a hard-working team of strategy, and operations professionals. Provide comprehensive leadership and managerial support, building a culture that upholds Uber Values.

　　The Experience You'll Bring:

　　Proven track record in general management, consulting/investment banking, technology and or operations. Experience leading and managing teams is a plus.Strong strategic and analytical skills, to translate data into actionable insights.Demonstrated success in building and leading impactful teams, with the ability to understand, mentor and encourage a strong team of strategy & operations professionals.English Proficiency is a requirement, and Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with cross functional stakeholders.
