The Hardware Engineering (HWE) Strategic Support team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team. Strategic Support’s mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE’s business and operational outcomes. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving and delivering on key operational initiatives from ideation through implementation, with an initial focus on real estate, asset and labor management! This is a great opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize their business and organizational acumen, strong collaboration and relationship building skills, and ability to execute to create impact.
Key Qualifications
Strong leadership and relationship building skills; the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and an aptitude for blending qualitative and quantitative data into executive level presentations and messaging.
Well-organized, self-directed, and adaptable; able to balance multiple projects with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
Ability to discern and manage business requirements and projects with competing priorities.
Strong interest in and ability to take on a range of efforts.
Description
Primary responsibilities include: - Create and execute integrated strategies for space and real estate that consider staffing trends and the geographic objectives of the organization. - Partner with key business and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute plans for securing and allocating space to enable world-class work environments. - Partner with key leaders in the organization, providing guidance and insight on real estate, labor management, and business processes. - Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes. - Develop and drive day-to-day initiative efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, data management, and reporting. - Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making.
Education & Experience
10+ years of relevant work experience - BS/A preferredAdditional Requirements
