Job Description:
This role is responsible for complex operational processes and quality assurance supporting the wealth management business. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of issue resolution, potentially working across multiple operations and/or product specialists, and ensuring procedures are clearly documented and up to date. This role also may support projects/initiatives and/or prepare executive-level reports and presentations. Individuals should have deep subject matter expertise and experience across wealth management and/or operations functions.
Responsibilities:
• Leads end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries, including research, escalation and approvals for items with high levels of monetary risk
• Drives execution of complex financial and/or non-financial client transactions
• Supports process improvements, requirements, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Performs quality assurance reviews, testing and training to ensures high performance accuracy of performance metrics and quality standards
• Supports risk management and audit processes, including identification of issues, development of mitigation strategies, and exam preparation
• Reviews and updates procedures as needed to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
• Supports operational team projects and production of executive-level reports and presentations for senior management as needed

The Private Bank Investment Operations Team is responsible for TRACE reporting for eligible trades executed by the Investment Solutions Group (ISG). This opportunity is available within the Merrill & Private Bank Trading Services organization to support functions for Private Bank Investment Operations. The Private Bank Investment Operations associate will be responsible for providing daily operational support of fixed income trading for Private Bank processes. The individual ensures the timely and accurate daily reporting requirements within defined timeframes. This include monitoring of trades reporting as well researching and resolving any issues as they arrive that impact trade reporting. This role interacts regularly with traders and executing brokers.
