Part of the Product Marketing team for Mailchimp, the Advanced GTM Team is seeking a seasoned people manager with strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional partnerships and executive-level influence, inspiring data-driven customer empathy and a bent for speed in action and results. As the Mailchimp GTM Leader for advanced user features (including AI, Marketing Automation, Advanced Reporting/Analytics, and Segmentation), you will develop go-to-market plans for the portfolio of Mailchimp products and manage a team of subject matter experts.
We're looking for a forward thinking self-starter who has experience translating customer insights into strong marketing plans, with a reputation as a multiplying leader and talent magnet. You'll be challenged to think boldly, move fast, and have a big impact on our customers' lives, their livelihoods, and the Mailchimp brand trajectory.

How you will lead
Lead a team of 3-5 marketers developing go-to-market plans for the Mailchimp's advanced feature product portfolioDevelop deep customer insights, product expertise and competitive intelligence to inform a segmentation strategy, develop winning product positioning, and influence the product roadmap to deliver on the biggest customer needsOwn the business outcomes and communicate regular updates to leadership through ongoing forecasting, reporting and root cause analysesPartner closely with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, design, analytics, legal, strategy, sales and customer successActively analyze data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business resultsBuild a high-performing, development culture by building go-to-market best practices, capabilities, and up-leveling the team's marketing craftSet and manage the strategic priorities for the team
