General Summary:
一 . 职位描述
职位目标:
管理Grinding& Laser ablation设备,使设备处于良好运行状态;
管理设备备件,降低消耗成本;
完成与本工序相关的关键KPI指标。
工作内容:
设备PM文件的制定,PM计划制作以及PM实施确认;
计划、组织和协调新设备的规格、安装调试和验收;
设备的维修以确保生产线顺利进行生产;
管理零部件和维修费用;
策划OEE、MTBA、MTBF等项目活动,通过改善设备能力提高设备利用率、效率;
建立更新设备使用说明及设备故障报警处理;
完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
二 . 任职资格
1.专业知识:
熟悉质量管理等工具
工作经验:五年以上相关Grinding & Laser ablation工作经验
3.教育背景:
电子或者机械行业本科
个人技能及素质:有对项目进行分析,计划和组织的能力。
能独立完成各项工作,服从工作安排,有团队合作精神。

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 1+ year of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field.
