We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced sales enablement expert. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our Sales organization, thereby impacting the success of our company at large. You will be responsible for consulting with in region senior stakeholders, to support the design, delivery, and evolution of cutting-edge sales enablement solutions / programs that elevate capability and drive performance of our GREATER CHINA (HK, Mainland China, Taiwan) Leadership & Sales Teams. We are looking for a highly bi-lingual capable collaborator with the ability to work across global shared services teams to deliver best of breed Learning & Enablement programs supporting the growth of the region.
This critical role offers the opportunity for personal growth, requires best-in-class facilitation & presentation skills, deep expertise in sales enablement, and ideally experience in developing and executing innovative sales enablement applied learning practices & experiences. You will report to the Head of JAPAC Sales Effectiveness.
You will innovate, create, implement, and manage impactful, scalable sales enablement applied Learning programs. You’ll be empowered to find new ways to elevate the capabilities of our sales leaders and teams, ensuring everyone across our GTM organization has the opportunity to do their very best work positively impacting the GREATER CHINA, JAPAC & Global GTM businesses.
Your Impact
Support the Design, development and monthly reinforcement of role-based training paths for new hiresSupport the design, development and management of onboarding and continuous learning programs for field sales and District Sales ManagersFacilitate / deliver programs (Onboarding Pre & Post, Performance Skill Development, and Manager Effectiveness) that leverage a blended applied learning practice & application combining peer reinforcement to ensure learning is impactful, measurable and effectiveStakeholder ManagementEstablish strong trusted partnerships with Regional/District leadership including account managers, addressing regional/local needs & responding to requestsCollaborate with all GTM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & business leaders to develop relevant content, tools and resources to aid skill development & on-the-job learning applicationSupport the creation / validation of Localized sales enablement assets that simplify complex subjects into clear, digestible, actionable informationEnsure content remains current & reflects the latest in product, market, and customer informationMeasure and report on business impact of enablement programsGather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programsSupport the overall Team strategy with Customer insights to drive clear alignment to the GTM organization ensuring effective Learning & Enablement Value outcomes contributing to overall Theater / Company growth Qualifications Your Experience
7+ years relevant experience designing & delivering sales enablement programs and/or applied learning outcomesStrong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply across a wide variety of learning solutionsData driven with program management experience strongly preferredStrong stakeholder management skillsExceptional verbal, written and presentation skills are a requirementAgile and flexible - equally comfortable collaborating closely with SMEs and partners as well as executing independently Demonstrated ability to seamlessly manage competing prioritiesTight-knit collaboration and problem solving skillsBias for execution and delivering resultsCollaboration comes NaturallyPrevious experience in a quota carrying role and ability to understand the challenges that the sales team encounters daily is preferred Additional Information The Team
