About Trimble Advanced Positioning and Trimble Monitoring
Trimble Advanced Positioning is seeking a Technical Support Engineer focussing on the entire lifecycle of real-time correction services, from the generation of GNSS correction data to the usage in the field. Trimble supports enterprises all over the world to build and operate GNSS correction real-time networks for any industry and provides the world with high accuracy positioning. We offer a wide range of GNSS correction services like Trimble RTX(™) and Trimble VRSNow(™) with global reach but local service and support.
About the role
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving technical problems, interacting with people around the globe and likes variety in their daily activities. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be central to our customer's success with our solutions, helping customers install and configure their real-time systems, train them on how to get the most out of their systems, and help them resolve issues if they occur either in the RTN Control Center or in the field. Your role will include some domestic and international travel for customer on-boarding and on-site service.
What You Will DoSystem installations, customized configurations and training delivery
