Your New Role
Assist the Global Procurement group by providing general administrative support including maintaining contact lists, calendar management, scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms (including food & beverage service), visitor access and management, preparation of correspondence, maintaining department documents, and assist with travel arrangements & expense reports. Receive, sort, and appropriately manage all incoming mail. Manage department invoices/expenses, maintain files/reports for monthly reconciliation, and follow up with internal WBD teams or vendors as needed. Support Procurement projects and initiatives as needed.
Your Role Accountabilities
Provide administrative support to the VP, Content Supply Chain Procurement and additional Procurement VPs as neededResponsibilities include general department support, corresponding with office services for office/building requests, preparation of correspondence, travel arrangements, presentations, expense reports, supply orders, file maintenance, scanning, answering calls/emails, receiving visitors, etc.Scheduling and calendar management, including scheduling virtual meetings in multiple time zones, independently or as directedArrange and attend department meetings, coordinate meeting agendas, take minutes, distribute meeting minutes and follow-upsRetrieve, sort, and process all incoming and outgoing mail for the department in the Burbank locationResponsible for department budget invoices as necessary - process and track invoices for Procurement, specific to the Burbank location. Collaborate with internal partners to ensure prompt paymentCreate necessary purchase orders according to the approved budget and as needed for the Procurement department in BurbankSupport Procurement project activities, including contract management and upload into contract database, preparation of team project reports for status review, requesting vendor credit risk reports, etc.Perform other related duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years as a corporate administrative assistant or equivalentExperience working in a hybrid work environment supporting multiple locationsProficient with Microsoft Suite of products and Zoom video conferencingActive listening skills; ability to take direction and complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and with little supervisionMust be tactful with personnel at all levels of company and demonstrates high-level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentialityStrong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate communications externally and internally across multiple departments and at all levelsAbility to multi-task effectively and efficiently and prioritize various requests and projects appropriately in a fast-paced environment

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
