We are expanding our Modern Channels Alliance team in 2022 to capitalize on this fast-growing category - which includes working with partners like Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and many others. Modern Channel partners are key to Sprinklr's growth and help guide the joint innovation roadmap and GTM strategy for Unified-CXM.
Role:
Sprinklr is hiring a Global Partnerships Manager to drive collaboration between Sprinklr's accounts and our social partners. This person will report to the Director, Global Partnerships, and join a team focused on Advertising, Data, and Messaging Partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both the SaaS and the Adtech landscape, and have a mix of relationship management, recent practitioner experience, and account/partner management experience - and be very familiar with Advertising, Marketing, Data, and Messaging technologies. Experience with Modern Channel Partners is a plus. Most importantly, a track record in developing co-sell plans that drive leads & pipeline, and deliver revenue is a must. Candidates must have a team player attitude and be committed to working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Representing Sprinklr within go-to-market channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) to build relationships with key partners and drive the growth of Sprinklr (make it easier for Sprinklr Sales to sell)
Work with Success on key accounts to drive adoption of channel solutions/products to increase partner attributed revenueRun a specific motion between Sprinklr and Modern Channel accounts to identify and activate at the individual key account level based on shared, focused priorities.Drive a sales feedback loop with Sprinklr and partner product that is partner focused yet additive to Sprinklr's technology offering.Work with Partner Marketing to build partner focused collateral to drive awareness and education within the channelsFacilitating connections between Sprinklr and Channel teams on joint accounts and helping to drive positive conversations and actions from these connections.
Build and manage relationships with key partner teams (field, Partner Solutions, Product Specialists, etc) to facilitate a feedback loop that drives mutual businessEducate and evangelize Modern Channel Priorities to the Sprinklr field, acting as an expertCultivate relationships across functional areas including sales, services, product development, marketing, and business development.Field and answer channel and industry specific questions from internal Sprinklrites, and advocate on behalf of Channel solutions within Sprinklr
Qualifications
5+ years experience in social advertising, working with channel partners and customersFamiliarity with channel API's and hands-on experience with social advertising 3rd party technologiesPrevious experience/involvement in helping to develop products for social advertisingExcellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to build materials and present to senior level
A demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels of an organizationDemonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and deliver across many stakeholders

Compensation Range
$145,000 - $193,000 - $241,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees' health, well-being, and financial protection.
