As a Global Partner Manager within WWT, you will have the ability to work within a high performing impact team, specifically with the Technology Partner, WWT Account Managers, Global Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development Operations. By managing multiple technology partners, you will gain a further understanding of a specific vertical market and/or a specific partner program that is consistent with the WWT go-to-market strategy. In your close work with WWT Sales and Global Engineering teams you will help drive awareness, enablement, growth and profitability of the assigned partner's solutions. The excellent organizational leadership makes this role a great opportunity to excel in a customer-facing aspect within the ever-growing IT field, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities Include:
Continuous collaboration with the Global Engineering, Corporate Sales Organization, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teamsUnderstand short/long term goals of Partner Strategy; analyze success/completion of each goalUnderstand and communicate overall requirements & expectations of Partner (KPI's, Metrics, Activities, etc.) to:Ownership and Assurance of Scope and Direction of Partner Strategy Construction and continuous updates of business plans in collaboration with partners with input and approval from all internal and external stakeholders on goals, responsibilities, and quantitative measurementsPlan and co-lead Quarterly Business Reviews and present results/progress on business plan objectivesDrive leads and account engagement with sales and engineering and report on progressDrive and Track completion/action on specific tasks, from all roles (Field Engagement, Account Mapping Sessions, Regional Events)Own the overall messaging to all parties -- understand and drive strategy in all meetings/communicationsOwn the enablement, education of program goals and plans, to all partiesTrack measurable numbers (revenue, costs, budgets, payments, distribution) -- communication/adjust as necessaryCoordinate and host cadence calls for individual rolesCoordinate and host cadence calls for overall internal/external teams -- with agenda, goals for each callRemain current on the latest technologies through participation in both internal and external training.Hosting and moderating online events (webinars, webcasts etc.)Coordination with Business Development Operations on marketing plans/fundsDevelop an understanding of our competitive market positioning and WWT's go-to-market strategyAssist with onboarding and mentoring of new partner managersCreate best practices and associated content and present concepts to peers in team meetingsLead QBRs and report back to leadership on action items, progress, and areas for improvementFoster team collaboration by posting and sharing relevant content in email and other team collaboration tools

WWT Sales EnablementPartner Business PlanPartner Field Sales EnablementQBRsStrategic Account PlanningChannel Manager RelationshipMarketing StrategyBrand Awareness4+ years of experience leading large complex channel partnershipsEstablish/Maintain top level relationships with OEM Partner Management PeersBuild rapport with Provider Partner leadership teamsBuild awareness of WWT capabilities and directionDeep understanding of partner tiering requirementsDeep understanding of partner competency programsDeep understanding of technical certification programsEnsuring we are tracking to goals and exceeding expectationsBachelor's or higher degree or equivalent experienceAbility to work under uncertainty and incomplete data setsProject / program management experienceStrong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)Strong project management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.Strong relationship building skillsWillingness to travel 20-40% of the time
