We are looking for an innovative and creative Sales Enablement manager to develop high-quality sales education and assets for a top performing field organization. This individual is responsible for architecting and developing pre-sales curriculums and workshops and providing field assets for a large global field organization focused on selling NVIDIA’s AI Software offerings.In this role, you will partner closely with NVIDIA’s internal sales leaders, partner organization, and AI and software-focused sales, product, technical and marketing teams to ensure the NVIDIA and partner sales teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively position, recommend, and sell NVIDIA AI solutions. You will use cross-functional relationships to proactively enable the field to identify, mature and sell into AI opportunities, manage conversations with a range of partners, and use the right resources and partnerships to drive the sales motion.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with experience owning and driving end-to-end content creation and delivery pipelines. You must be able to work with a matrixed team of stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver high-impact courseware and assets that help NVIDIA’s teams and partners grow their AI software business. Success requires extraordinary organizational and management skills, as well as the creativity and agility to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Apply instructional design experience to create impactful student and instructor materials including presentations, course outlines, background material, exercises, training aids, quizzes, and assessments.
Maintain global ownership of the sales enablement strategy & content development process for key software-based AI workflows based on internal NVIDIA tools and SDKs
Define needed toolset - meet with partner community and NVIDIA teams to prioritize sales and technical training requirements for internal, channel and OEM learning events
Work with internal teams to create and package high-value, easy-to-use field tools (sales guides, training decks, presentations, demos, collateral, calculators, competitive matrix, etc).
Create and manage development and measurement systems to ensure the field facing content is up to date and optimized for effectiveness.
Collect feedback from extended field org on effectiveness of pre-sales education and tools and continuously work to improve quality of content, format, and delivery worldwide.
Lead cross-functional processes to track status of trainings and assets and translate partner feedback to value-added actions.
What we need to see:
BS, or equivalent work experience. Masters preferred.
12+ years of technical sales, training, sales enablement, product marketing, business development, technical marketing, or related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and quickly learn new concepts
Direct experience and history of success planning and leading cross-functional projects in sales training design, development and delivery
Ability to visually translate technology features and concepts into clear business benefits
Direct experience with enablement delivery tools and learning management systems
Strong listening skills: someone who leads by inspiring, enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships
Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; meticulous attention to detail
Highly-motivated, with ability to work with little definition and without supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across several projects and initiatives
A dual-minded approach: highly creative and excellent at developing content, while following established processes and relying on facts & data to make decisions.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Track record success creating sales enablement content for integrated hardware/software-based solutions.
Experience and understanding of Accelerated Computing preferred.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
