Global Downstream Product Manager, Lead Management - Plymouth, MN or Colorado Springs, CO
Exciting opportunity to own the launch of new technology into new clinical spaces and develop new markets within Philips' Heart Rhythm Management (HRM) category, with a specific focus on the Lead Management business.
Your role:You will be able to influence patient care pathways to ultimately improve patient lives Develop and own successful product launches Drive all marketing deliverables including business plans, pricing, positioning, promotional strategies, life cycle plans and advising on future product developments You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 3+ years of medical device/medical product marketing Your skills include experience leading or supporting 1-2 product launches, market development initiatives to drive adoption of a new technology, and tradeshows, conferences, or sales meetings You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, science, or engineering. MBA preferred You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . You possess excellent communication and presentation skills for various types of customers (physicians, administrators, nurses, etc) and internal stakeholders, with the ability to tailor the message depending on the audience Must have a strong ability to present polished and professional information to customers. Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $83,000 to $150,000, annually . The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity .
In addition, other compensation, such as a n annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered . Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more . At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case .
