Job Title: General Labor Production
Job Description
As a General Labor Production worker, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas by shoveling and scooping grain dust, along with general housekeeping duties like sweeping and dusting. Additional responsibilities include loading and unloading grain cars, operating wheel loaders, handling grain and feed, and assisting both the maintenance team and with railcar loading and unloading. Once hired, you will have the opportunity to progress within the organization's structured tiers from a laborer role to potentially advancing to positions such as operator or shift foreman.

This is a fully on-site position in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Work Environment
The work environment is an industrial site with a farm-like feel, featuring many large buildings, grain bins, and equipment. Team size ranges from 5-7 on the sanitation grain handler team. Flexible working hours are 20-30 per week, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $17 per hour. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a long-sleeve t-shirt for safety reasons.
