About GBA (Geo Business Analyst)

  Job Description

  Analyzes complex business problems and develops recommendations, gathers and clarifies business requirements, answers questions about data elements and how they relate to business processes and workflows. Works within the business process framework to decompose processes; analyzes, simplifies and optimizes processes based on findings. Organizes business design sessions and blueprinting to arrive at the future state tool, process and people design. Identifies automation opportunities and stays up to date on modern information technology (IT) tools and capabilities, coordinates with business and development team stakeholders whenever a new feature or update is added to a project. Relays client feedback, instructs the development team to make amendments and determines the feasibility of proposed features. Tests feature prototypes by involving clients and recording their experiences. Conducts user acceptance testing to determine whether the prototype meets the requirements of the project under consideration. Possesses strong communication and customer engagement skills, provides input to system design, making decisions for functionality and configuration, gauging and measuring data quality levels and providing troubleshooting support. On smaller efforts, performs the project management function, including scope, time, and quality (including data quality) management and may work on several applications, projects and programs simultaneously. Records, monitors and publishes critical project, program, process key performance indicators, documents progress and reports to senior stakeholders regularly. Reviews existing reports, metrics, makes recommendations to improve quality and efficiency of business processes, when applicable.

  Qualifications

  As GBA (Geo Business Analyst), you will be the supply owner for Client product line, responsible for the Supply and Demand Operations for PRC customers. You will become an expert in your market, analyze trends, highlight opportunities, and execute supply strategies to optimize Intel success. Responsibilities include:

  - Consolidates customer demand signals, analyzes and reports country demand trends including regional growth, family mix, transition status etc.

  - Matches demand requirements, including product platform mix, and supply availability to meet customer needs while managing to tight inventory control

  - Mange product life cycle from NPI, volume ramping to EOL

  - Coordinates with internal partners to assesses, identifies and fulfills critical supply support needs

  - Organizes the key supply process and monitors the major indicators to make sure a flawless execution, drive customer satisfaction

  Qualifications

  1. 3+ years' industry experience in PC business and management with multiple customers, with solid stakeholders' management.

  2. Strong analytical skills - analyzing data, deriving key results, diagnosing business issues, partner and leading in driving successful outcomes.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a strong business relationship with customers and internal teams

  4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, being consultative and analytical with data-driven approach.

  5. Passionate, willing to take challenge and try different things, comfortable to work in ambiguities, passionate to make things happen.

  6. Self-motivated and teamwork, fluent in both English and Mandarin, be able to travel when needed.

  Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
